Bendygo Marketing Hub · Last updated 28 August 2026

1. What this is

The Bendygo Marketing Hub ("the Hub") is a private tool operated by Bendygo Inc for planning, scheduling and measuring social media content on behalf of brands that Bendygo Inc operates or has been authorized to manage. It is not a public service and is not offered for general sign-up.

2. Who may use it

Access is limited to authorized Bendygo Inc staff and to brand representatives Bendygo Inc has granted access. You must be at least 16 and authorized to act for the accounts you connect.

3. Connecting accounts

By connecting a social media account you confirm that you own or administer it and that you authorize Bendygo Inc to publish content to it and retrieve performance data on your behalf. You may revoke that authorization at any time through the platform's own settings or by contacting us. See our Data Deletion Instructions.

4. Content and responsibility

You remain responsible for content published to your accounts and for its compliance with each platform's terms and with applicable law. We will not knowingly publish content that is unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or that violates a platform's policies, and we may decline or remove any content on those grounds.

5. Platform rules

Use of the Hub is also subject to the terms of each connected platform. Where a platform's rules conflict with these terms in relation to that platform's data, the platform's rules govern.

6. Availability

The Hub is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Publishing depends on third-party platform APIs, which may change, rate-limit or fail without notice. We do not guarantee that any given post will publish at a given time.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Bendygo Inc is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Hub, including lost reach, lost revenue or platform actions taken against an account.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the date above. We may suspend or end access where these terms or a platform's rules are breached.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable there.
